Mantz Jewelers.  Mantz Jewelers reserves the right to change or modify any of these Terms and Condition or any policy or guideline of the Site at any time and in its sole discretion.  Any change or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on this Site.  Your continued use of the Site following the posting of its changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes.  Therefore, you should frequently review these Terms and Conditions and any other policies from time-to-time to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Site.  If you do not agree with the amended terms, stop using the Site.

Product Availability and Pricing

While we make every attempt to avoid errors, such data, including prices which may be inaccurately displayed on our Site due to system or typographical errors that may occur.  We do reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices.  If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.  If the order has been shipped you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices.  Our prices are subject to change without notice.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Diamond Certificates

When ordering a loose diamond, we will ship it to you with accompanying diamond grading report (diamond certificate).  These documents are detailed grading reports created by diamond grading experts, this makes it very expensive to replace a diamond grading report, and therefore we require each diamond grading report to be included with each returned diamond.  Upon return of the diamond if the grading report is not included with the return, we will access $250.00 replacement fee.

Comparison Purchasing

In order to keep pricing low, we do not allow comparison purchasing.  Buying several items and returning what you do not want.  This causes undue restocking and inventory overhead and can be costly.

Information on our Site

We try to ensure that our online catalog is as complete and accurate as possible.  To show greater detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than actual size and since every computer monitor is different, color and size may vary slightly.

Our goal is to provide you with as much information and detail about your prospective purchase so you can see the beauty of each particular item.  In compliance with FTC regulations and industry standards, the carat total weight in all purchases may vary 0.05 carats from stated weight.

We provide the measurement of our products based on our manufacturing specifications.  Slight tolerances may be accounted for based on finishing during manufacturing.

Gemstones and pearl measurement - tolerance of 0.25mm allowed.

For diamond jewelry set with multiple diamonds, we provide the minimum total carat weight for the item.  Color and clarity grades are expressed as either a minimum or an average depending on the number of diamonds.  If stated as minimum, all diamonds within the piece are at or above the stated quality.  If expressed as average, the uality is eual to or exceeds the grade stated.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless G.R. Mantz Jewelers, Inc its independent contractors, service providers and consultants and their respective directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, damages costs, liabilities, and expenses including but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or relates to any Content you post, store or otherwise transmit on or through our Site or your use of or inability to use our Site, including without limitation any actual threatened suit, demand or claim made against G.R. Mantz Jewelers and or its independent contractors, service providers, employees, directors or consultants, arising out of or relating to the Content, your conduct, your violation of these Terms, and Conditions or your violation of the rights of any third party.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED TO THE CONTRARY IN A WRITING BY G.R. MANTZ JEWELERS, THIS SITE, THE CONTENT CONTAINED THEREIN AND THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED ON OR IN CONNECTION THEREWITH (THE "PRODUCTS AND SERVICES") ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.  G.R. Limitation of Liability

Return Policy

Any item can be returned within 30 days of purchase, with the following exceptions: Special orders, engraved merchandise and any item altered, showing wear resized (by a jeweler other than Mantz jewelers) ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.  Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Return Process

1. Call 1-440-885-0900 and you will be given a Return Authorization Code.  Write this on the receipt and outside the package.
2. Include all original packaging and collateral material.  If the item was delivered with a diamond certificate and the certificate was not returned, you may be liable for the $250.00 replacement cost.

YOU MUST FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY.  FAILURE TO DO SO WILL PREVENT THE PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN.
